Historic Montecito 1928 French Farmhouse by George Washington Smith, Father of Santa Barbara Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture, was thoughtfully restored and reconfigured to offer a more contemporary layout. Added pool and site walls to honor the original architecture while providing a more recreational and modern use of the property.
